SkyFocus is developed by Futuron Inc (Chris Crilly). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Data We Collect

SkyFocus stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Flight history (focus sessions)
• App preferences and settings
• Focus statistics and progress
• Earned miles and unlocked aircraft

No Server-Side Data

SkyFocus does not have user accounts, cloud sync, or any server-side data storage. All your data lives on your device.

No Third-Party AI Services

All app functionality runs locally on your device. We do not send your data to any third-party AI or analytics services.

Location Data

SkyFocus may request location access solely to find nearby airports for your departure city. Your location is never transmitted to any server or third party. It is used only on-device.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Apple's StoreKit 2. All payment information is handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details.

Children's Privacy

SkyFocus does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
