By using SkyFocus, you agree to these terms. SkyFocus is developed by Futuron Inc (Chris Crilly).

Use of the App

SkyFocus is a focus timer application for iOS. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.

Free Tier

The free tier includes:

• Up to 3 flights (focus sessions) per day
• Maximum 30 minutes per flight
• Access to core focus features

Premium Subscriptions

SkyFocus offers the following premium options:

• Weekly: $4.99/week (auto-renewing)
• Monthly: $9.99/month (auto-renewing)
• Lifetime: $29.99 one-time purchase

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Weekly and monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings under Subscriptions.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard process. We do not handle refunds directly.

Disclaimer

SkyFocus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
